Your Mission

The 3-Phase UPS Business Development Manager will lead the development and growth of the 3-Phase UPS business across the MEA region. This role is responsible for defining strategy, driving key initiatives, and ensuring alignment with global objectives. The position requires strong collaboration with countries, channels, and segment leaders to achieve revenue and margin targets while promoting product excellence and customer satisfaction.

Segment Leadership

  • Define and deploy MEA strategy for the 3-Phase UPS segment in alignment with global Line of Business (LOB) objectives.
  • Understand market dynamics, identify business opportunities, and focus on key battles to grow market share.
  • Drive and coordinate MEA key initiatives and ensure consistency across countries.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.

Product Line Management

  • Ensure successful product introductions and positioning in the market.
  • Act as the voice of MEA countries to influence global product strategy.
  • Align product pricing (lists and multipliers) by sub-region and support forecasting activities.

Knowledge Transfer & Capability Building

  • Organize regular training sessions to empower country teams and enhance technical and commercial skills.
  • Set up and follow education plans with country management to strengthen expertise in the 3-Phase UPS segment.

Channel & Specifier Initiatives

  • Drive channel empowerment and autonomy to develop the 3-Phase UPS business.
  • Promote the segment through specifier programs and strengthen relationships with the specifier community.

Collaboration with Segment Leaders

  • Ensure full collaboration with other segment leaders (C&SP, Edge, C&I) to maximize synergies and business development opportunities.

Essential Functions:

  • Deploy MEA tactical plan and ensure message consistency across the region.
  • Implement sales guidance and support training efforts.
  • Detect new business opportunities in channels and vertical markets.
  • Support MEA countries to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Increase service mindset across the zone.

About You

  • Proven experience in UPS or related electrical/power solutions segment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple countries.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, forecasting, and market analysis.
