About this opportunity
We are looking for a Managed Services (MS) Delivery Manager. In this role, you will be Leading the delivery of IT Managed Services (Infrastructure domain) with in a sophisticated service delivery framework and strict SLAs!
What you will do
Processes and Stakeholder Management
- Development as well as to ensure adherence to the agreed processes.
- Develop, maintain, and govern service descriptions.
- Managing the Operational KPI & Secure the MS delivery SLA compliance.
- Stay informed on all incidents and work closely with IT Service managers as needed. Client Engagement and drive communication towards stakeholders
- Communicate service performance/update/changes to all the stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Participate in commercial discussions (internal and external) as needed.
- Participate in governance meetings with Internal & Customer stakeholders.
- Support resource planning activities in relation to the capacity/availability required for each service.
- Execute decommission of any services if/when needed.
MS Cost Management
- Support in budgeting and cost management
- Follow up financial performance, track and manage deviations.
MS Performance Management
- Monitor delivery and make sure delivery are in line with agreements for all services delivered (internal and external)
- Initiate corrective actions when targets are not met.
- Continuously work on improving services from all aspects.
- Improvement plans to be coordinated and communicated to respective stakeholders through proper channels.
- MS Delivery Management
- Works closely with MS COO and other MS Delivery Managers
- Resource management, resource planning & competence development for all competencies linked to services scope in your area.
- Planning and resource management for supporting customer special events
- Setting the resource mix strategy. optimising the delivery models and crafting more efficient delivery teams through Quality Assurance
- Follow up the quality of the deliveries and be updated on the related reports and input from Operational control for the service(s) in scope.
- Accommodate and coordinate the business requirements of the SLA/SLO of the service in cooperation with different stakeholders.
- Ensure the deployment of the control tools and follow up on the agreed KPI for the service.
- Follow up with supplier(s) or internal operation on the agreed continual service improvement activities.
Add on sale & projects delivery.
- Initiate and support the account engagement for add on sale opportunities.
- Review and finalize acceptance criteria for projects impacting service delivery scope in your area.
- Ensure projects delivers in accordance with the acceptance criteria.
- Ensure high quality service introduction on all changes to current services or of new service.
You will bring
- Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or
- Overall 10+ years of experience in Leading / Managing Telco IT Infrastructure operations.
- Experience of managing complex IT environments including OpenStack & OpenShift Infrastructure
- 5+ years in Leadership role for IT Managed -Services delivery in a sophisticated service performance framework to strict SLAs.
- Good awareness of Information security and IT security principles.
- People Management skills with excellent communication skills
