NavCo Growth Lead – Government and Industry Partnership
Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of all TSL projects including client work, department initiatives, growth and conversion of incremental opportunities, as they pertain to the clients of their designated agency. To lead their agency counterparts in the content journey and represent TSL.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
Manages the entire agency including relationship, output, communications and commercial performance (including new business and new revenue streams / products)
Manages the human resources across the agency including recruitment, promotions, resourcing, team make up, skills and capabilities
Develops agency growth strategies
Is the standard bearer for the creative output, driving greater ambition and creativity in both planning community and clients
Responsible for delivering strategic initiatives across the agency
Contributes to overall running of the brand as part of the Management Team
