What you will be doing:
As a Network Manager your main accountabilities will be:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Cover and report regarding Middle East Distribution (Network):
- Local Network Strategy definition and business development in the area of responsibility
- Ensure that day to day supervision of distributors (and other similar: self-service partners, service partners with sales rights) and respective contracts are in place
- Sales and Service budget achievement: regular follow up with each distributor, analysis of results, definition, and implementation of measures
- Distributor Governance: Individual KPI’s definition, follow up KPI’s and budget process (consolidation, analyses, approval)
- Network Manager is the link point between HQ and Network for operative issues in all segments: Order Management, Contractual, Compliance, Financial, Strategy etc.
- Participation in definition of required operational contracts templates and conducting negotiations/contracting distributors and service partners.
- Responsible for performance of audits: preparation, execution, summary reports, definition of the development steps (and required improvements). Compliance review in the role as “adviser” of the Network.
- Responsible for evaluation of distributors performance. Preparation of recommendations for contracts extension and change area of responsibility/applications.
- Ongoing scouting for new partners (especially in the not yet covered regions of AoR) according to pre-defined criteria. Motivation and support of best performing partners for regional growth.
- Responsible for planning of training courses at HQ/local training centers in relation to partners needs/requirements. Development of additional network management offerings. Support partners in the resolution of their needs.
- Support the transition of Service, Legal, General demands/instructions both of RRPS and RRS SME (like safety/anti-bribery, etc. regulations and policies) necessary for conduction by partners.
- Responsible for consistent internal documentation and filling of decisions, network related contracts/report/protocols and reviews (including audits) according to the SME and RRPS regulations. Monitor the achievement of standards provided from RRPS / RRS ME departments.
- Work in close cooperation with Service and Sales department colleagues to meet end-customer customers’ requirements and achieve business plan
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
Qualification/ Experience and Competencies
- Bachelors or Master Degree in Management/Business/Engineering.
- 3 – 6 years experience in network or distribution management of an international company. Proven record of successful partner management and effective communication/problem-solving on C-levels from partners
- Proven record of building good business relationships with senior management at distributors, customers, and consultant organizations.
- Experience in international sales of technical products (service-related experience is a plus). Proven expertise management of team and conflict management.
- Knowledge of contractual law desirable.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Self-starter with the ability to work extended periods without supervision.
- Exposure in dealing with multiple challenging partners requests
- Computer skills and knowledge of Windows-Office programs.
