Pharmacist

Your Role

In this role, you will acquire, Holding direct accountability for all Healthcare Quality related aspects and issues in CL “warehouse, operation”. As a Pharmacist, you will maintain Key point of contact between Kuehne+Nagel and the regulatory team.

Your Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with local regulatory teams such as MOHAP (Ministry of Health and Prevention) on regulatory issues, license renewals, 3PL GSDP licenses, and on-site inspections.
• Prepare for external audits by second-party and third-party auditors .
• Use Kuehne+Nagel Audit tools to monitor the status of the audit findings by an internal auditor or client`s audit.
• Supervise the storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure GDP compliance by monitoring environmental conditions in the warehouse, training employees regularly on the GDP requirements, and performing regular inspections of the warehouse .
• Investigate and provide effective CAPAs for deviations, client complaints, and incidents within expected timelines.
• Validate new suppliers and current suppliers through external audits and on-site visits.
  Identify and address risk opportunities by performing risk assessments and mitigating potential risks that can negatively impact operations .
• Document procedures and processes and verify proper documentation is maintained as per ISO 9001, 14001, and WHO Guideline as well as revising SOPs as required per the standard.
• Ensuring practice and written procedures are aligned and deviations are investigated and handled properly.
• Ensure a SQM system is in place as per GXP/WHO /Local Authority and contract guideline and ensure that Healthcare documents are in Kuehne+Nagel Docs (application management) .

Your Skills and Experiences

• Minimum experience of 4 years in a similar position.
• Questions traditional ways of doing things and encourages change.
• Knowledge of pharma and healthcare supply chain needs.
• Knowledge of GXP standards.
• Strong, competent leader and team player
