Our British curriculum school, International School of Creative Science (ISCS) is looking for creative, passionate and outstanding Phase Supervisor who value professional development opportunities and a good work-life balance. We expect our Team to deliver high quality performance while successfully nurturing and inspiring our students. As part of our energetic and welcoming team, you will enthuse and motivate students to strive for success while maintaining a healthy learning environment for all children within the school.
Provide pastoral support to the department and managing the Students and Teachers in terms of non-academic functions. Provide on the ground feedback to the Director on issues arising from Students, Parents and Staff.

Skills
Qualifications:
- 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience / Supervisor Experience
- Student management background
- Excellent Interpersonal, organization, planning and follow up skills
- Preferably with IKTHAR/KHDA/ADEC approval for UAE based candidates
