PMO Manager – Compliance

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented PMO Manager – Compliance to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring the overall project governance framework.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Establishing and Monitoring Project Governance
  • Monitoring of the Portfolio and Project Performance
  • Alignment of Department / Division strategy with the Overall Company’s Strategy, Vision and Mission
  • Benchmarking the existing processes of Procurement, Contract Management, etc. to the Industry Best Practices and implementing the changes
  • Developing the Key Performance Indicators for Project Division / Department in line with the Industry Best Practices and monitoring the same periodically
  • Monitoring compliance to the existing policies and procedures and DOA
  • Monitoring and tracking of the critical risks to the company identified by the ERM Department.
  • Review and update the policies and procedures, RACI Matrix for the Project Division / Department
  • Review and monitor the SLAs and Turnaround times for internal communications and data sharing

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering Civil or Mechanical, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Project Management, Project Health Check-ups, Risk Management, Process Improvements in Construction Industry
  • Experience in Project Compliance Reviews / Project Audits
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to think strategically.
