Job Overview
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for providing expertise for aftermarket product marketing development, support, and training. They will also assist with the development of tools, presentations, communication documents, and work instructions related to the assigned aftermarket product range to support global regional aftermarket product managers and sales.

- Promote Customer Focus throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with NCEIG Marketing and Communications to align NCS marketing strategy with corporate brand
- Manage and lead the development of marketing tools, presentations, brochures, articles, press releases, etc., related to NCS products
- Collaborate with NCS Product Managers to create strategic, impactful marketing collateral
- Continuous improvement of NCS product marketing
- Align CRM data with marketing efforts for better audience targeting
- Plan, develop, and manage integrated marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives
- Work with designers, content creators, and developers to execute campaigns
- Align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals, in line with Corporate MarComms strategy and branding
- Digital content development, strategy, and execution for various social media platforms
- Assist NCS global sales, service centers, and distributors with necessary inputs to grow market share
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement aftermarket marketing strategy across global NCS organization
- Work closely with the NCS market managers to plan and execute product launches, including communication strategies and training materials
- Some domestic and international travel may be required
- Participate in technical seminars, customer events and trade shows as deemed necessary by the Director of Product Management
- Support QMS requirements in areas of responsibility for conformance with international requirements as well as state and federal regulations.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented and experienced professional with a proven track record in Service environments leading the technical aspects of product management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in an business or marketing discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in international manufacturing or industrial services company.
- Experience in product companies or service companies is required, preferably in aftermarket.
- Technical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred
- Ability to continuously look for a better way; adapt to change and lead in change management; deal with ambiguity and complexity
- Knowledge of the NCE&IG Group’s products is preferred.
- Stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, type, and write.
- Reach with hands and arms, bend, stand on a stool or climb, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Use standard office equipment such as computers, smart phones, printers, photocopiers, etc.
- Lift files and open desk drawers and filing cabinets.
- Global travel.
- Complete safety training requirements.
- Participate in other training as directed by the company or manager.
- Wear Nikkiso approved PPE as needed and direct others to do the same as appropriate.
- Work in both office and workshop environments at company and customer sites.
