The person will be accountable for the below activities and ultimately working towards on time, on scope and within budget delivery minimizing risks and optimizing delivery Establishing Project
Refine Project Organizational Structure Refine Project Roles and Responsibilities Refine Terms of Reference for the Project Refine Governance Forums
Work with project team to setup Project Repositories Setup RAID Logs
Mobilize Teams Work with teams to prepare and Execute formal Project Kick-Off
Manage Project Run governance forums Monitor and Control Scope and Requirements
Execute Change Control Process Monitor and Control Schedule Monitor and Control Dependencies Manage Architecture Run Design Authority Monitor and Control Project Resources
Monitor and Control Budget Manage and Control Business Case Manage and Control Vendors Suppliers Manage and Control SOW and Legal Agreements Manage Risks and Issues Manage Quality Manage Retrospectives
Manage Harvesting lessons learned and artifacts for estimator calibrations Manage Benefits Realization Close Project
