Full – Job Description

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial

  • Support monitoring of project budgets and cost tracking
  • Assist in preparing financial summaries related to project activities
  • Help identify cost-saving opportunities in project execution
  • Ensure proper documentation of project-related expenses (if applicable)
  • Support in tracking ROI of business development initiatives

Customer

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market trends
  • Support preparation of business proposals and client presentations
  • Participate in client follow-ups and relationship coordination
  • Assist in competitor analysis and market research activities
  • Ensure timely response and communication with external stakeholders

Internal Process

  • Assist in planning and executing business development projects from initiation to completion
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing)
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
  • Ensure timely reporting of project updates to management
  • Support process improvement initiatives within project workflows

People

  • Act as a communication bridge between departments and stakeholders
  • Promote collaboration and teamwork across project teams
  • Support knowledge sharing and documentation of best practices
  • Develop understanding of business development strategies and tools
  • Enhance personal skills in project coordination, communication, and analysis

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Emirati National
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of business development strategies is an advantage
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Successful coordination and delivery of assigned business development projects on time
  • Accuracy and timeliness of project reports and documentation
  • Maintenance of updated project trackers and dashboards
  • Support in achieving business growth and operational efficiency targets
