- Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed IT Services projects across infrastructure, cloud, security, and support services.
- Manage project scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budget to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement by applying ITIL service management practices.
- Implement PRINCE2 methodology and/or PMP standards in all phases of project execution.
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering value-driven outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters, risk logs, status reports, and change requests.
- Ensure projects are compliant with contractual obligations, SLAs, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate across multi-functional teams in different geographies (onshore/offshore).
- Support presales and proposal writing by estimating project scope, effort, and cost.
- Report on project performance to executive leadership and provide actionable insights.
Required Qualifications & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).
- PMP® Certification – required.
- PRINCE2® Practitioner Certification – required.
- ITIL® Foundation or higher (v3/v4) – required.
- 7+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years in Managed IT Services.
- Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and ITSM tools.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Asana).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with global teams and enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with SLA management, contract negotiation, and vendor coordination.
- Background in cybersecurity, cloud migration, or IT operations a plus.
