Project Manager – Fit Out

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Actively supervise program teams to manage program plans, deliverables, dependencies and outcomes for the program to ensure that the program goals and objectives are achieved within the program timeframes
- Participate in relevant governance committees as mandated.
- Proactively identify potential program problems or opportunities, analyse issues using all appropriate resources and develop alternatives in order to arrive at an optimum approach.
- Manage and control all changes and risks at program level.
- Interface with Risk and Program Support to ensure program compliance with established controls.
- Review status reports provided by program personnel and/or CM and modify schedules or plans/ provide timely alert as required.
- Deliver regular consolidated reports on program performance to the DDO Programs including conformity to program business case, forecast and actuals, program schedule and compliance with all program contractual obligations.
- Participate in contract negotiations with main Contractors.
- Monitor Construction Management Agency and Contractors’ delivery and conduct review visits.
- Support and ensure implementation of consistent, standardized program processes, methods and tools.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Minimum fifteen years of experience related to the large-scale complex airport program. Superior project management expertise.
- Leadership of capital expansion programs exceeding $1 billion.
- Minimum ten years of leadership experience.
- Expert level skills and abilities spanning all aspects of complex program delivery.
- Expert negotiating skills
- Efficient presentation and communication skills
- The capacity to be influential and amenable
- Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical capabilities
