The role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Proposal Coordinator to join a leading infrastructure consultancy and contribute to the growth and development of a business with a reputation for technical excellence and strong client relationships.
Primary Purpose of the Position:
The Proposal Coordinator, reporting to the Deputy Country Manager-UAE, will closely partner with Opportunity Leaders across our multi-disciplinary business to support the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals and other client-facing documentation for projects across the Transport and Civil Infrastructure, and Urban Development sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the preparation of high-quality proposals and marketing materials.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of standard proposal material.
- Assisting the wider team to ensure proposals are delivered on time and at the highest quality.
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to contribute to pursuit planning.
- Developing and maintaining collaborative relationship with all stakeholders.
Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Having Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or in any other discipline.
- Experience in Multidiscipline consulting bid coordination for urban, infra Masterplanning, architectural / engineering design.
- Competent level of use of Powerpoint / graphic design (Photoshop, inDesign)
- Preferably Arabic speaker
- Well versed with bid due diligence and compliance principals and documentation
- Good user of Excel (ability to prepare business data records and analysis sheets)
- Familiar with authorities’ registrations requirements and navigating SAP portals
