Job Purpose: –
To be the focal person for carrying out Public Relation duties as listed in the below Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- CICPA oil pass issuance – Regular Daily work.
- Submit, follow-up and collect all new employment and business visas to ensure that the visas are processed on a timely manner to support the business. Arranging work permit through Ministry of labor for new employee
- Arranging medical checkup, new RP, RP renewals and Emirate ID and keep the original visa at the airport for new staff and renewal for the existing staff
- Represent the company once needed at the government authorities such [ Immigration/MOHRE/Traffic Department/Embassies/Civil defense etc.. ]
- Arranging visit, mission and business visas for employee’s currents staff through company’s representatives and Embassies.
- Obtain visas from other Embassies in UAE for staff members for their business travel
- Arranging record and track for visa issuance and expiration date with renewal on time
- Arranging local visit visas for affiliates and customers’ staff
- Arranging Residence permit & multiple visas for the expatiate staff as well as family visa formalities
- Supporting to renew passport for the traveler staff / Follow up on all admin and PRO activities if required.
- Collect and provide periodical updates from the government authorities on all Labor and immigration rules to keep the HR department abreast of the changes in the rules and procedures.
- Provide service, support and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements such are driving license, car registrations, accommodation and legal requirements to ensure that PR services are provided as required.
- Renew, update and maintain the trade licenses and other government certificates of all company’s legal entities in the UAE to ensure that the documents are up to date.
- Renew and maintain all company’s leases in the UAE before its expiry, which includes offices, company apartments.
- Assist departments in resolving any issues related to company vehicle registration and renewals to ensure that PRO services are provided as and when it is required.
- Arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times.
Qualification and Experience
- High school / Diploma or similar qualifications
- Preferably 1-3 years similar experience.
Required Competencies / skills
- Having good relationship and communications with government and embassies/ Experienced in visa and other transactions, knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE Labor Law.
- Speaking Arabic & English [ Written / verbal] / Having strong communication and negotiation skills
- Having UAE valid Driving License
- Microsoft Office and computer literacy a must
- Able to work under pressure to demanding time pressures and to meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management and prioritization / High level of professionalism and personal presentation at all times
