Goals and Objectives:
To support the Quality, Continuous Improvement and Technical Training (EHSQT) activities within the EHSQT Team, providing assistance and inputs to systems, data and supporting project work for this team.
- Manage Quality, Continuous Improvement and Technical Training data, formulate reports and statistical analysis.
- Coordinate Quality and Technical Training scheduling, booking of rooms and logistics
- Support/maintain the EHSQT (Environment, Health Safety, Quality and Training) SharePoint data and presentation material
- Support/manage Document Control processes in liaison with other departments
- Support the internal and external Audit program activities
- Provide input and support to project activities, with particular focus on Customer Excellence
- Prepare/collate draft presentations and internal communications on behalf of EHSQT.
- Providing EHSQT support to operations request for client pre-qualification questionnaires
- Support and manage the administration of the company’s ISO Certification 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018
- Provide general administrative support to the EHSQT department
- Signposting as necessary to other parts of the business
- Deal with internal and external enquiries
- Provide support to our Employee Resource Group including ME OWN
- Provide support to the Gulf ESG objectives and initiatives
Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.
Complete quarterly ethics module as advised by the direct line manager
To fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives.
The successful candidate will be provided with all relevant training, support and development.
The successful candidate will get the opportunity to understand end to end business, across different functions and departments.
Minimum Requirements:
Good communication skills (Both written and verbal)
Working knowledge of MS Office
Professional approach
