In this role, you will lead and mentor a dynamic quality team, driving high performance and continuous improvement through effective guidance and development opportunities. You will develop and maintain robust quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards while identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategies to boost efficiency across operations. Working closely with collaborators, you will set performance goals, analyze trends, and address risks, all while crafting informative performance reports to support business improvement efforts.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead and mentor a quality team, fostering high performance and continuous improvement through guidance and development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify improvement areas and implement strategies to enhance quality and efficiency across operations and projects.
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed internal governance and quality standards, while preparing regular performance reports for management.
- Define and track critical metrics and improvement targets, coordinating strategic business improvement projects to align with quality goals.
- Analyze trends and drive innovation to enhance service delivery, while managing risks related to non-conformities and ensuring effective reporting and project handovers.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of experience as a manager in quality management and/or field service/construction of power transmission equipment and service.
- Professional certification and knowledge related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Solid knowledge of high-voltage products and familiarity with standard quality methods, including Root Cause Analysis techniques.
- Qualification as a trained and certified auditor for standards within an Integrated Management System.
- Strong communication skills in English, with a systematic working approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
