Real Estate Accountant
Company: Al Mulla Group – UAE
Location: Fujairah, United Arab Emirates
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in real estate accounting and demonstrate proficiency in relevant accounting tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations related to real estate activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, records, and reports.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal company policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor lease contracts and ensure accurate billing and collections.
- Utilize Nozol software for real estate accounting and reporting.
- Liaise with auditors, clients, and internal departments as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in the real estate sector within the UAE.
- Proficiency in Nozol Software is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT laws.
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
- Excellent MS Excel skills and knowledge of other accounting systems/tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Male candidates only (due to nature of business/operational needs).
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate Joiner preferred.
- Candidate must be in UAE.
