Your opportunity
Your Mission
- Lead regional (Asia Oceania Afrcia) Talent Acquisition (TA) operations ensuring SLA & KPI adherence
- Standardize procedures and manage vendor performance
- Support tech-driven process improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit standards
- Coach and manage regional TA Executives
- Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and Country HR teams
Your Profile
Level of Education and Language:
- Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in French Language is a plus
Level of Experience and Skills:
- 8–12 years in Talent Acquisition,
- 2–3 years in HR Operations/shared services
- 2-3 years at least as a team leader
- Regional experience preferred
- Strong stakeholder engagement and HR tech expertise
