Market Research/Account Manager – Innovation Domain

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Insights professional to join our Innovation team in Dubai, UAE. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of insights and innovation and has demonstrated success in managing client partnerships with a strong eye for business.
This role is based out of Dubai. What you’ll be doing:

You will work across a portfolio of the world’s greatest brands, consulting various clients on projects from Design to Delivery.

In addition, you will:

  • Contribute to the production of client deliverables, such as proposals, questionnaires and presentations;
  • Take ownership of conducting fieldwork and analysis;
  • Design & facilitate insight generation & creative concept development (Ideas Architects);
  • Ensure research projects are delivered within timelines and budget by identifying efficient solutions and effectively allocating resources;
  • Find opportunities to develop new business from existing clients;
  • Interpret and triangulate multiple data sources to tell a comprehensive story;
  • Develop story- and data-driven reports to significantly address client business objectives;
  • Communicate to a high standard consistently and establish effective client relationships, both internally and with clients, to ensure the timely delivery of projects.

The skills & experience you’ll need:

  • Proven experience (6+ years) working in Market Research (Qual/Quant), ideally Brand, Innovation and/or Product/Concept Testing
  • A strong affinity with innovation and product development across a variety of industries such as FMCG, Banking & Finance, and Telecom
  • A passion for brands, combined with a willingness to learn and a desire and hunger to improve your skills
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and proven client management experience
  • Line management or ready to take the step into line management
  • You will be expected to contribute to our collaborative culture, with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to your work
  • Proven in developing and landing actionable insights for the client’s organisation
