Sales Acquisition Manager – Large Enterprise

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • High level engagement with key large accounts executive management and key stakeholders in order to develop comprehensive account plan and selling strategy.
  • Build strong pipeline along with internal marketing and Account teams to increase customer’s market penetration and maximize existing revenue.
  • Responsible for achieving the yearly targets set by the line manager.
  • Work with Product Marketing to perform the market analysis and sizing.
  • Responsible for the understanding of customer needs and the translation into a high-level service offering (commercial proposal)
  • Responsible for customer coordination and follow-up throughout the sales cycle, and for closing sales with customers.
  • Responsible for thought leadership within du on the state of the market for Fixed Services
  • Responsible to act as evangelist in client meetings, public lectures, panels, conferences and shows.
  • Responsible for updating and managing Sales Pipeline in CRM, BI & SFA.
  • Sales engagement process

Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering
  • MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in IT or telecommunications, specifically either of the following:
  • 2+ years in Product / Project / Service Management
  • 2+ years in Sales Account management

Skills

  • Independent and kick-starting approach to doing business and to selling.
  • Solid Sales and communication skills
  • Excellent time management, and organization skills
  • Professional appearance and presentation required.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Sales Cycle is essential.

  • Basic Knowledge of the telecom and IT market dynamics, specifically: IP Transit, Internet Peering, VPN, BGP, MPLS, WiMAX, Wi-Fi, Management of Customer Premise Equipment, Broadband, and VSAT solutions.
