Sales and Logistics Administrator

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Hybrid

Purpose of Role: This role sits at the heart of ESCO’s commercial operations in the Middle East and South Asia. You will be the central point of coordination across sales administration, logistics, and customer support, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a regional, standalone role with real ownership and visibility, supporting a growing business in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary interface for customers, supporting order processing, product availability, pricing queries, and shipment updates
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with 3PL providers and/or warehouse partners
  • Support sales operations including invoicing, documentation, and liaison with accounting teams
  • Manage inventory levels in collaboration with sales teams and regional supply chain
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world‑class safety culture

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

  • Experience in sales administration, logistics, supply chain, or customer service support
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Must be permanently authorised to work in the country to which you are applying, without sponsorship.
