Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead – Service Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce, particularly in Service Cloud, and strong leadership capabilities to drive end-to-end implementation, integration, and customization of Salesforce solutions. This is a remote position open to candidates based in India.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers and admins.

Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations.

Implement Salesforce best practices and ensure system integrity and performance.

Manage system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party platforms.

Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Create and maintain technical documentation and solution architecture.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce platform development.

Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

Proven experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integration patterns.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).

Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer, etc.) are a plus.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
