Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Scrum Master with a strong background in Data & AI to support our projects in the Middle East.

• Manage AI and data engineering projects using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure team adherence to Agile practices.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI practices.

Your Skills and Experience

• strong project management and Scrum Master skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles.
• Arabic speaking skills (nice to have)
