Sea Logistics Reefer, Pharma and Vinlog Manager
Your Role
You will be leading and motivating of the Sea logistics Reefer, Pharma and Vinlog Customer service/ operations team in our Dubai Branch !
Your Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating of the Sea Logistics Reefer, Pharma and Vinlog Customer Service/ Operations Team.
- Ensure the team will be the customer’s face from booking to invoicing – working in close collaboration with all the involved stakeholders.
- To be charge of any project related to the customer care team (e.g. erosion, Care connections, etc).
- To ensure a proper SME Customers on boarding.
- To arrange monthly review meetings in coordination with the support team to analyse and review the process and performances.
- To ensure the main financial KPI target provided by finance are met.
- To follow the applicable Pharma Chain Working Instructions for all common Pharmaceutical shipments and operations.
- Responsible for the guaranty that the processing of Pharma-related activities are performed according to regulations of WHO re Pharmaceuticals products (GDP) in accordance with U.A.E. regulations and comply with internal procedure of Kuehne + Nagel and working instructions related to GXP.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Analytical thinking and an affinity for numbers, paired with cost-conscious ability to act.
- Communication is your core competency, because you are in constant contact with various internal departments, partners and customers and can appear there with confidence.
- You always work quality and customer-oriented and convince with your proactive way of working. You like to think outside the box and look forward to growing professionally and personally as part of a team.
