Service Assistant – Dubai
At Tesla, our Service Assistants play a crucial role in delivering an excellent experience to our customers, by ensuring a smooth flow within the service center.
As a Service Assistant, you will support your colleagues and management by taking on tasks that
facilitate effective and efficient operations at the service center. From moving vehicles in the parking lot and guiding customers, to detailing vehicles and helping with events, service assistants play a critical role in delivering the Tesla Experience.
To succeed at Tesla, you must be energetic, highly organized, and smart working. You should have a passion for the brand and the ability to create exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Support technicians in daily tasks to optimize their time utilization
- Help manage the parking lot and vehicle movement throughout the workshop and site
- Perform vehicle cleaning when needed, exterior and interior detailing
- Perform any additional tasks identified by management at the service location as needed to improve workshop efficiency
What You’ll Bring
- Strong work ethic, with a desire to learn and grow
- Team player, working well with others and ability to anticipate needs
- Affinity with computer systems – ability to learn them quickly
- Vehicle service experience a plus
- Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language, and Arabic
- Must have and continue to maintain a valid driving license and safe driving record
