The Service Planning Coordinator supports the Maintenance Technician and the Maintenance Supervisor regarding spares-related activities, such as material identification, availability check, material identification, material requisition processing, material reservation, and stock transfer.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages safety and site access documents of site personnel as requested by site managers and ensures that data is collected and delivered to KONE SSC for input.
  • Enters fitter scheduling plans (on duty and backup assignments) in Konect, coordinating changes/updates of maintenance plans in SAP.
  • Manages work center data changes and supports specific field supervisor tasks.
  • Supports in repair and maintenance visit planning and communication with customers.
  • Takes ownership of customer queries forwarded from the first level and follows up with the field supervisor
  • Creates planned service repairs when needed and supports technician and supervisor in material-related requests (PR creation, check availability, and follow up on delivery)
  • Sends customer letters and supports mass updates in maintenance contracts
  • Maintenance contract termination: Processes maintenance contract cancellation requests, and informs Billing Administrator when invoice cancellation or credit note creation is required
  • Supports preparation of new maintenance contracts from NEB or competition for renegotiations
  • Supports VB Sales activities (documentation, quality checks, internal handover packs, etc.)
  • Carries out data checks and quality audits for new contracts from the KONE Shared Service Center
  • Supports specific tasks from sales (eg contract creation)
  • Takes ownership of customer queries forwarded from the first level and follows up with salespersons and other services to get a response.
  • Responsible for understanding equipment in service types and their spare part needs. Update’s spare part data for new offering extension
  • Supports key customer sites’ spare part planning in terms of identifying critical spares.
  • Supports Service Technicians with identification of material needed.
  • Identifying the best source of supply for urgent material requests
  • Responsible for material identification for planned service repairs.

Requirements

  • Higher vocational diploma in technical or commercial sciences
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Basic skills with MS Office tools and applications
  • User knowledge of SAP is an asset
  • Contractual and financial understanding
  • The capability to have a basic technical understanding is an asset.
