Social Media Executive – Primark – UAE

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing all social media channels, ensuring the creation and delivery of engaging, brand-aligned content—including videos and weekly content calendars. You will lead the end-to-end process of CRM content creation and testing, ensuring timely and effective communication across all platforms.

This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, merchandising, and visual merchandising, aligning all messaging with host brand and Alshaya guidelines.

Content Creation & Planning 

  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills for social media
  • Experience in developing weekly content calendars
  • Ability to create engaging multimedia content (images, videos, reels)

CRM & Communication 

  • Proficiency in CRM content creation and testing workflows
  • Experience managing external communications (e.g., mall content)
  • Ability to support internal communications with clarity and consistency

Social Media Management 

  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snap etc.)
  • Familiarity with platform-specific best practices and trends
  • Strong community management and customer engagement skills

Analytics & Reporting 

  • Ability to analyze social media performance and extract actionable insights
  • Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Emplify)

Multitasking & Collaboration

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and VM teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Language & Localization 

  • Skilled in translating and adapting content for Arabic-speaking audiences

Creative & Strategic Thinking

  • A strong sense of visual aesthetics and brand tone
  • Ability to align content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and creativity
