SOLUTION CONSULTANT
Place: Dubai
Type: Full-time, hybrid
Level: Medior
You will make an impact in the following way:
- Drive pipeline growth by developing and delivering outcome-based solutions to customers.
- Provide technical leadership in key accounts and complex projects.
- Translate diagnostic insights into impactful solutions with financial value.
- Lead the development of multi-brand Belden solutions and support execution of POCs, audits, and FATs.
- Deliver market insights and represent customer voice in product strategy and innovation.
What you will bring:
- Extensive experience – 10+ years in solution creation in industrial or enterprise environments.
- Strong educational background – Bachelor’s in Engineering (IT or Process Automation focus); Master’s preferred.
- Cross-functional collaboration – Experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development in a matrix organization.
- Technical and commercial acumen – Ability to build customer solutions involving IT/OT, Cloud, IIOT, ICS, and more.
- Language skills – Full professional fluency in English and Arabic is required.
