Job Description
1. Supports the Maintenance Technician/ Supervisor with identification of material needed
2. Checking availability for needed material
3. Responsible of reviewing material requisitions from Maintenance Supervisor/Technicians
4. In emergency cases responsible of arranging pick up or delivery of material from one storage location to another
5. Responsible of creation of material requisitions or reservation for material needed in emergency cases not being available in frontline storage locations (only for call outs or unplanned service repairs)
6. Responsible of material identification and availability check for planned service repairs
7. Responsible of creation of material requisitions for material needed for planned service repairs.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience of which at least 3 years as a purchaser
- Knowledge in computer software programs ( Oracle Application, Microsoft Office )
- Team work
- Attention to detail
- Good Inter-personal skills in English while Arabic would be an advantage
