Role Purpose:

As part of HSBC’s strategic objective to strengthen our presence in the Abu Dhabi market, we are seeking a UAE National with strong local knowledge and market experience to join as a Partnership Manager. This is a new-to-bank role, based in Abu Dhabi, and will focus on supporting tactical campaigns and strategic initiatives tailored to the Abu Dhabi customer base in addition to the UAE as a whole.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in helping shape localized strategies, build meaningful partnerships, and provide insights that contribute to long-term growth in the region.

Duties & Responsibilities

•    Support the development and execution of tactical campaigns with a senior partnership manager to implement HSBC’s Abu Dhabi market strategy.
•    Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders relevant to the Abu Dhabi.
•    Act as the voice of the Abu Dhabi market within internal planning and decision-making forums.
•    Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and cultural context to shape relevant partnership and product strategies.
•    Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, compliance, product) to localize offerings for greater impact in Abu Dhabi.
•    Ensure all activities align with HSBC’s brand, compliance standards, and customer-centric approach.
•    Monitor the performance of Abu Dhabi-focused initiatives, generating reports and insights to guide future actions.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

•    Graduation degree is required.
•    Must be a UAE National (with valid proof of nationality).
•     Must be new to HSBC (no previous employment with HSBC Group).
•    Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, marketing, or financial services.
•    Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market, including customer behavior, cultural nuances, and business environment.
•    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
•    Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
•    Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
•     Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
