Job Description

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for overall order execution of MEAPAC orders to drive sales, achieve customer required delivery, ensuring the effective availability of materials to complete POR

In this Role, your responsibilities will be:

  • Timely scheduling of orders to drive sales and order execution.
  • Drive on-time delivery to customers
  • Review of backlog and planning the release of the orders as per the customer requested date
  • Assist Parts & QS Manager with the POR review & planning
  • Planning and prioritizing orders to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
  • Determining parts needed to achieve customer order/demand
  • Scheduling of orders for picking, packing and shipping to the customers
  • Liaise with Purchasing Team to review the open POs and plan the orders accordingly
  • Liaise with Stores, & Quality for inspection and stocking of parts
  • Liaise with Logistics team for on time shipping of the orders
  • Monitor order execution team from Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality and Shipping to achieve overall sales target and overall service level goal.
  • Provide information on the status of MEAPAC orders / progress to Customers/LBP.
  • Interface and communicate with Customer Service departments at various factories or suppliers to inquire about order status and expedite as required.
  • Develop and improve performance metrics for MEAPAC
  • Implement Perfect Execution principles throughout the Lifecycle Services business processes
  • Ensure adherence to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.
  • Any other duties as deemed appropriate by you line manager

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Good communication and confidence
  • Supply chain or equivalent experience would be an advantage.
