TA Contingent Workforce Partner
Job Description and Qualifications
Specializes in Contingent Staffing Projects for an organization, which involves everything from Contract
review, proposal review / negotiations, creating budgets, collaborating with multiple teams to determine
requirements for proposals, ensuring projects stay within budget and allotted timeframe, and negotiating
suggested alterations to vendor contracts, either during the bidding process or after selection. Interact with
key stakeholders to apprise them of staffing status, project timeline including the mobilization and
onboarding plans. Point of contact for agencies and contractors for supporting project requirements.
This role will support the relationships and agreements with our agencies for contingent temporary staffing.
You will be responsible for ensuring vendor performance and contract negotiations in partnership with
business and alignment of our hiring goals.
Responsible for developing policies, procedures and guideline for contingent staffing and creating various
forms to standardize the process.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a comprehensive recruitment plan ensuring alignment of all business requirements to promote
achievement of AIR PRODUCTS’s business strategy.
This role is responsible for day-to-day operational vendor engagement activities and vendor
performance management for the MEET and possible future expansion to other regions.
Workforce planning and strategy for peak and non-peak high volume hiring.
Managing mobilization and demobilization of workforce ramp ups cost effectively by engaging with the
contractors, agencies and Air Products Business.
Liaise with the onboarding team and agencies for smooth and seamless onboarding.
Develop data-driven actions and approaches to enhance agencies services finding the right candidate
for the right role in the desired time frame, in a most cost-efficient manner.
Monitoring and exploration of approved roles including hiring metrics and market analysis.
Oversee and monitor performance management for vendor partnerships.
Organizes and manages recruitment campaigns (Local & Overseas). Identifies objectives with the
concerned department; liaison with employment agencies representatives; administrative
arrangements and preparation of required recruitment packages and materials.
Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors provide the best talent with
competitive rates, mobilization timeline, expertise in various countries etc.
Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any
service-related concerns.
Maintains contacts with and monitors the performance of approved staffing agencies via Agencies
Performance Matrix to ensure efficient supply of qualified candidates on competitive rates and
identifying ways to improve them.
Leverages personal informal networks and relationships with clients to keep pulse on the culture,
identifying any issues within the organization that need to be proactively addressed.
Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback,
performance calibration, and career transitions.

Working collaboratively with HR COE to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices
that will support the strategic growth of the business.
Attend contract staff greviences, address it with concern vendors for necessary action to resolve as
soon as possible.
Ensure all contract staff are paid on timely manner and vondors deliver the best services.
Review vendor performance (weekly, monthlly, annually) to assess service and compliance to AP
standard.
Dealing with their Rotation travel, Expenses etc. and advising them on company polies and procedures.
Monitor and raise claims, disputes, compliance issues, negotiate and approve offers, raise requisitions,
and create reports.
Create various reports, presentation, and dashboard to present to the management on regular basis.
Periodic Travel (30%) is required to project sites and office.
Perform any other relevant duties as and when required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Total 12 years of experience in the relevant HR field preferably 5 years working experience on managing
Vendors, contingent staffing.
Experience of effectively managing and developing a team of people, ideally with some remote
management
Experience of working across geographies within a matrix organisation
Proficient with software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Interpersonal skills and teamwork are necessary.
Be adaptable and flexible and possess sound time management and organization skills.
Knowledge of GCC Labor Laws and regulations as well advantageous knowledge of Saudi Labor laws.
CIPD, PHR/SPHR certification will be advantage.
