Job Description:
Purpose: The role holder will be responsible to adhere with the cGMP principles and maintain them in an effective manner. Responsible for Responsible to ensure the compliance of all the Warehouses (Raw Material, Packaging Material & Finished Product). Responsible to ensure compliance of shipping activities.
Key responsibilities & Accountability: • Responsible to supervise the process of compliance of the finished Products from receiving till Shipment as per approved procedure. • Responsible to ensure the compliance of the Raw / Packaging materials receiving and storage as per approved procedures. • Responsible to ensure the compliance of the system and procedure related to Shipping and release for the shipment • Responsible to review requirements of finished product transfer from one consignee to another consignee • Responsible to review the documents/Data logger Temperature reports of shipments in case of excursions • Responsible to initiate and execute the deviations if any non-conformance / discrepancies found, assign CAPAs • Handle the change controls for any change regarding all warehouses • Responsible to receive and check the status of gate pass for shipping • To adhere with the CGMP/ GSP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner through all RM, PM and FP stores • Responsible to handle Rejected, obsolete, blocked and expired materials and finished products in all the Julphar Warehouses • Responsible to always ensure the compliance and adherence of all the WH QA staff to the approved procedures. • review of material receiving procedures and review the fulfillment of receiving reports. • Assuring that all RM, PM and FP are being stored and shipped in suitable environmental conditions that are meeting their storage requirements. • Reviewing all logbooks and assuring warehouse staff are following good documentation practice • Review training records for warehouse staff and assuring they received proper training before handling their assigned tasks • Initiating inspections through all warehouses as part of continuous improvement process. • Responsible To perform QMS actions related to warehouses. • Responsible to prepare and check all the relevant SOP’s whenever required
Qualifications:
– Education • 4 years bachelor/master’s degree in pharmacy or science
– Experience: • At least 8-10 Years of Experience in warehouses pharmaceutical industry sector. • Good Computer knowledge and knowledge of QMS systems. • Excellent command of English. • Good Knowledge and command on cGMP and Warehouse operations
