Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented technical Document Controller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Physically compile comprehensive material submittal documents, including technical data sheets, compliances, approvals and manufacturer’s certificates by liaising with cross-functional teams to obtain relevant technical documentation and certifications meeting all project requirements and specifications.
2. Prepare sample boards, hard copies for the submission to contractors & clients.
3. Monitor the status of submitted materials, tracking approval or rejection responses in coordination with the sales team and even meeting with site consultants for approval purposes as and when required.
4. Communicate effectively with sales team to gather input and maintain organized records of all material submittals, approvals, rejections, and amendments for future reference.
5. Update material submittal logs regularly to ensure the status of each submission is tracked from submission to approval.
6. Additionally coordinate with technical coordinators of other divisions to compile the approval logs from ventilation and supports division to ensure maximum projects are covered by the sales team
