Technical Services Officer – CAMO
We are looking for a graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in Airline/Aviation Technical Services – CAMO
Core Job Responsibilities:
– Coordination of Records group members’ activities and ensure all maintenance records for ATC fleet are available and archived.
– Ensure that all MX items are timely updated in AD Software along with DFP’s.
– Techlog Pages FH/FC and Maintenance Entries and Fuel Oil uplift etc. are timely updated.
– Components transactions are done on time.
– Work order closure and update of DFP’s in AD Software.
– LLP updates (Engine APU and LDG) on time in AD Software.
– Ensure revisions to AMP are updated in AD Software as and when required.
– Issue WO for corrective actions to external and internal audits / Records findings correction.
– Preparation and Review of records for aircraft induction and engines lease returns.
– Assessments of AD’s, SB’s and other regulatory requirement documents as and when required.
– Induction of Aircrafts and Technical Data Migration into AD software of LDND list, AD-SB status, Hard Time components, Landing gear & Engine LLP’s, OCCM components etc.
– Preparation of Monthly Utilization report and Aircraft Specification sheet for fleet operated by ATC.
– Ensure all Historical records are available (in hard copies & soft copies) for the AEROTRANSCARGO FZE aircraft, engines and landing gears.
– Review of invoices of AD Software and other maintenance events.
– Review of GTA’s for Heavy Maintenance Visits, On-call Maintenance and any other Engineering Assistance as required and advise management accordingly.
– Preparation of Work scope for Heavy MX, Getting Quotes from MRO’s, Negotiations, Closure of Major Check Packages e.g C- checks.
– Coordinate and monitor progress of heavy maintenance at MRO and update management accordingly.
– Any other engineering projects as required by CAMO & Management from time to time.
– Contribute to development and implementation of safety and security activities, programs, procedures;
– Familiarize with the safety, security and compliance publications in Centrik, LEON, emails or other suitable sources;
– Follow established and not to take short cuts;
– Assist safety and security investigations;
– Report safety hazards, security threats, errors, safety events, and any incidents by filling in safety report in Centrik software;
– Provide feedback to managers on the implemented corrective, mitigation actions or other changes;
– Provide proposals for management system improvements;
– Participate in ERP exercises and deployments as per Company policies and procedures and in accordance with assigned duties as outlined in the AEROTRANSCARGO Emergency Response Plan
– Support compliance audits, security inspections and safety surveys.
Qualifications : Bachelor Degree in Aeronautical Engineering
Experience : 5+ Years
