Tender Administrator cum E-Tender Coordinator

Job Requirements / Criteria:

  • Market search for relevant bidders on various platforms
  • Distribution to management with listing, updating, data management, and compliance
  • Database modernization in line with E-Tendering platform
  • Due diligence screening process in accordance with RAK Properties Prequalification, Tendering, and Contract practices
  • Online Tender Platform / Portals management and monitoring
  • Coordination of inputs to bids from various sources within RAK Properties and/or externally (Multidisciplinary Projects / Joint Ventures / Suppliers / Partners)
  • Coordination, compilation, and completion of tender documents (across all sectors)
  • Source and edit standard information required for tender submissions from external and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to the bid process and use of proper templates
  • Coordinate collection of tender submittals and ensure timely submission

Job Skills:

Key Competencies and Generic Skills:

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and perform multiple concurrent tasks
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with developers in Tendering, Prequalification, Document Control, and Tendering Administration
  • Team-oriented mindset; support staff and managers to achieve common goals
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (including spelling, grammar, and punctuation)
  • High-level typing proficiency
  • Strong computer literacy with accuracy (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; Adobe Professional)
  • Ability to multitask with a positive attitude and drive
  • Works well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented, logical, and highly organized
