Territory Manager (Direct Sales)

Job Overview: As a Senior Account Manager focusing on the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the existing book of business. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales, extensive knowledge of cybersecurity, and the ability to foster and maintain relationships with senior executives such as Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and Chief Information Officers (CIOs). The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts, demonstrating thought leadership, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Effectively manage and nurture existing client relationships within the META region.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and align solutions to address their cybersecurity challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to clients.

Sales Growth:

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current client portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the business and increase revenue.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic account planning and execution.

Cybersecurity Knowledge:

  • Possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Articulate the value proposition of the company’s cybersecurity solutions to clients.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, including CISOs and CIOs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on cybersecurity strategies.

Thought Leadership:

  • Demonstrate thought leadership by staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in cybersecurity.
  • Contribute to industry forums, conferences, and publications to enhance the company’s reputation.

Travel:

  • Willingness to travel across the META region as required to meet clients, attend conferences, and engage in business development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 12-15 years of proven sales experience in the META region.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
