Job Description
This role involves performing vehicle body painting tasks following manufacturer repair procedures to ensure high-quality results. The technician is expected to use tools and manuals properly, maintain productivity, and improve skills through training. Responsibilities also include providing feedback on additional repair needs, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs in line with Manufacturer’s repair procedures to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Avoid unnecessary time wastage to enhance productivity
- Proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and manuals
- Attend training and self-study sessions to improve skills and product knowledge
- Report additional repair needs to supervisor for customer/insurance approval
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- High School graduate or technical education in the automotive field
- 3–4 years of experience in automobile body painting
- Physically fit and hardworking
- Responsible and reliable
