Marketing

We are looking for someone who:
— Has experience in the medical field, preferably dentistry (mandatory)
— Has built a sales department from scratch or completely restructured an existing one
— Understands the premium segment and is results-driven
— Ideally is already based in Dubai (remote candidates may be considered if they have proven successful cases of building and managing sales teams online)

Responsibilities:
— Build and structure the sales department for a premium dental clinic
— Set up the sales funnel, scripts, KPIs, metrics, and control systems
— Increase conversion rates and LTV
— Work with warm and hot leads
— Collaborate closely with the marketing team and management
