Administration Assistant Job Description Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and meeting logistics. Prepare and process visas, ensuring accuracy and adherence Maintain office organization through efficient electronic filing systems Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting agendas, as well as taking minutes during meetings. Respond to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly, directing them to the appropriate personnel as needed. Manage office supplies and order materials as required to ensure the office remains well-stocked and efficient. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, collaborating with different teams to meet  organizational goals
