E-Commerce Visual Merchandiser

Position Purpose

  • Execute an online customer journey, encompassing the creation of essential Category, Landing, Brand pages, and other online destinations. This involves defining crucial touchpoints and adapting content based on digital strategies, animations, and Key Commercial Periods (KCPs) throughout the year.
  • Possess knowledge within HTML, CSS, Java script and React JS to assist in creating of Web and application components.
  • Manage all activation execution as per the ecommerce calendar across all click platforms.
  • Ensure the alignment of the visibility plan and the promotional plan taking into consideration the brands marketing campaigns.

Key Accountabilities

          Visibility and Activations

  • Collaborate closely with other business streams such as Marketing, Offers and eMerch to outline and oversee the delivery of site and app assets across all countries, ensuring timely delivery. This encompasses various assets such as homepage features, app cards, landing pages, brand pages, category banners, promotion banners, and beauty offers.
  • Coordinate with e-category merchandisers to ensure that omnichannel activations receive adequate support in terms of visibility and stock availability across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Promptly raise alerts for any disruptions to visibility go-live dates, launches, digital initiatives, and key e-commerce events to the broader e-commerce and activations teams.
  • Proactively ensure support for all 360-degree thematic initiatives, keeping the activations team informed of any stock changes, visibility disruptions, and relevant support throughout the duration of live animations.

Content Publishing

  • Develop digital pages such as the Homepage, Category pages, and Brand pages for both web and App platforms upon implementation.
  • Upload content directly onto the platforms that publish content to storefront.
  • Receive marketing contents and upload them into respective platforms.
  • Ensure timely publication and activation of promotions on the Beauty Offers Page, encompassing Beauty Offers, Brand GWPs, and CRM Gifting, including relevant alerts.

Knowledge and Personality Skills

  • Experience using Content Management systems (CMS).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS & Java script.
  • Experience with frontend frame works such as ReactJS
  • Basic operation of Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with ambiguity.
  • SFCC and contentful knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years experience
